1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pakgme platform (available at pakgme.net), you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with pakgme's Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the pakgme platform. Continued access to or use of pakgme following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of 18. pakgme reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfied.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pakgme platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pakgme makes no representation that the services it provides are legal in all jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on pakgme. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, pakgme may close all associated accounts, void any winnings derived therefrom, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

2.4 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid email address, your Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information if any details change. pakgme will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect registration data provided by the User.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgme login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify pakgme immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pakgme will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from pakgme requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your pakgme account or any balance held within it to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods

pakgme currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. pakgme reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a method registered in the same name as your pakgme account. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification (see Section 7). pakgme targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pakgme are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is initiated from a USDT wallet, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied to convert to PKR. pakgme does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and will not be liable for adverse fluctuations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by pakgme are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer. By opting in to any promotion, you accept the associated terms including the wagering requirement, minimum odds (where applicable for sports bonuses), eligible games, and expiry period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they — or any winnings derived therefrom — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to bonus balance only unless otherwise stated. Progress toward wagering requirements may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. 5.3 Abuse of Promotions

pakgme reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements; or using any method that pakgme, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pakgme reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is in progress at the time of withdrawal, any already-credited bonus funds will be handled per the individual promotion's terms.

6. Game Rules and Betting

The rules governing individual casino games and sports betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface on the pakgme platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

All bets placed through pakgme are final once confirmed. Technical errors or system failures affecting game outcomes will be investigated; pakgme reserves the right to void bets in cases of demonstrable technical fault. Void bets will result in the return of the staked amount to your account balance.

pakgme is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the User's side that result in disruption to live casino sessions or in-play sports bets. Bets already confirmed by the system prior to a disconnection will stand.

7. Know Your Customer (KYC)

pakgme is required to verify the identity of its registered users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming best practices. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Standard KYC documentation required by pakgme includes:

• A clear, legible photograph of both sides of your National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), if requested;

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments;
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities;
• Any conduct that constitutes, facilitates, or is ancillary to money laundering or the financing of criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgme staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from internet connectivity failure, device malfunction, or third-party service disruption.

pakgme's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pakgme's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Amendments to Terms

pakgme reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pakgme will notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
